Delivery

At present, RollPlayShop dispatch items to the UK only.

All items that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.

 

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

Royal Mail Standard - usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 3 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.

This is an estimated delivery window and can take longer sometimes, for example, if your parcel is too big to fit through a letterbox. This can lead to a missed delivery. Royal Mail do not always leave a calling card and it may be at the sorting office. If you parcel is more than 5 days late, we would recommend checking with neighbours and the local sorting office before contacting us.

 

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING

For customers who qualify for free shipping based on their order value (over £40) we will usually use Royal Mail economy. This shipping options will be automatically calculated. We reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation or using a different service from those stated above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the most speedy and safe delivery of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be met by us.

 

If your order has not arrived within an acceptable time from dispatch, drop us an email at enquiries@RollPlayShop.co.uk and we will see if we can help. Royal Mail do not consider UK items lost until 15 working days have passed. Please note however, we cannot always offer refunds in these situations where we can provide proof of postage.
